This year started with heavy plaster on my hands.

I couldn't hide my excitement as soon as the rolls entered the water and started the reaction. First it was time for a finger spica on my non-dominant arm, which got bent in a cobra-like anatomical shape. The plan was to spend the day and possibly the night in this quite restrictive cast.

What I didn't know (and couldn't infer even with the extra supplies on the table) was that my boyfriend had also a short arm finger spica cast on my right arm.
