The result was a non-fiber Hip Spica, something I thought was impossible. It's a big plaster and very difficult to dry. But as the doctor made a white plaster, I had no choice. It took six weeks of plaster, a few tricks to get it to dry more quickly and an adventure to be wearing this huge cast in public. Don't miss out on this epic Castday episode!!!

Das Ergebnis war eine nicht-faserige Hip Spica, etwas, das ich für unmöglich hielt. Es ist ein großes Pflaster und sehr schwer zu trocknen. Aber da der Arzt einen weißen Gips gemacht hat, hatte ich keine andere Wahl. Es dauerte sechs Wochen, um den Gips zu machen, ein paar Tricks, um ihn schneller trocknen zu lassen, und es war ein Abenteuer, diesen riesigen Gips in der Öffentlichkeit zu tragen. Bella's in bed with a black DSS and neck brace and Maru's come over to visit. They were in an accident while Maru was driving but Bella is the one who took the brunt of it. Now Bella's somewhat bitter about how easy Maru has seemed to get off. She's miserable but Maru thinks that the best thing for Bella would be to get out of the house for a little bit. It takes some convincing but Bella eventually concedes and Maru helps her sit up, gets her something to drink and puts Bella's shoes on her. Next they're in an Uber and talking about what to do. The driver is curious about the casts, so they explain what happened (which they make pretty comical). They stop by the doctor's office to see if Bella can take her neck brace off and return with it off. Next, they're at the bulk grocery store looking for some food to take back to Bella's. They drop character pretty quickly and start acting silly as they shop. They get a little crazy in the stuffed animal aisle and then have a seat in the cafe so Maru can feed Bella a pretzel.
