ENG - Sometimes simple everyday things can become a big problem. That's what happened! I went to pick up a vinyl record from a high shelf in my house and had a very serious accident.
The result was a non-fiber Hip Spica, something I thought was impossible. It's a big plaster and very difficult to dry. But as the doctor made a white plaster, I had no choice. It took six weeks of plaster, a few tricks to get it to dry more quickly and an adventure to be wearing this huge cast in public. Don't miss out on this epic Castday episode!!!

Aber da der Arzt einen weißen Gips gemacht hat, hatte ich keine andere Wahl. Es dauerte sechs Wochen, um den Gips zu machen, ein paar Tricks, um ihn schneller trocknen zu lassen, und es war ein Abenteuer, diesen riesigen Gips in der Öffentlichkeit zu tragen.
